Phillips was one of the early LED Christmas light vendors. Unfortunately they're still selling the same lights. These half-wave sets really have nothing to recommend them. Like other half-wave sets, they flicker and suffer from back-currents that will tend to burn them out more quickly than other sets. Unlike other half-wave sets, they're expensive at $12.
